IBPS SO 2016 Selection Procedure
Selection process includes two steps:
1st Step: Written Examination (Objective Type) (200 Marks) (Online Mode)
2nd Step: Interview (100 Marks)

IBPS SO 2016 Exam Pattern
Exam Pattern for the Post of Law Officer and Rajbhasha Adhikari:
Written exam will be objected type and will be conducted online.
Written exam contains 200 questions for 200 marks; exam paper will have 4 sections such as (1) Reasoning, (2) English Language, (3) General Awareness and (4) Professional Knowledge.
The exam duration will be 2 hours.
Exam paper will be bilingual i.e. Hindi and English language.
There will be negative marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer.
Exam Pattern for the Post of I.T Officer, Agriculture Officer, Marketing Officer & HR Officer:
Written exam will be objected type and will be conducted online.
Written exam contain 200 questions for 200 marks, exam paper will have 4 sections such as (1) Reasoning, (2) English Language, (3) Quantitative Aptitude and (4) Professional Knowledge.
The exam duration will be 2 hours.
Exam paper will be bilingual i.e. Hindi and English language.
There will be negative marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer.
Interview:
Those candidates who qualify in the written exam will be called for the interview round. Marks allotted for Interview is 100 marks.
