Staff Selection Commission SI and ASI exam is conducted to recruit sub-inspectors in Delhi Police, Central Armed Police Forces (CAPF) and assistant sub-inspectors in the Central Industrial Security Force (CISF). For Delhi Police Sub Inspector, Central Armed Police Forces (CAPF) and ASI in the Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) exam there will be of 2 papers and each paper will carry objective type questions.

SSC Combined Graduate SI and ASI exam is recognized as the most sought after pratiyogi pariksha for job aspirants and basic qualification need to apply for SSC sub-inspector (SI), Assistant Sub-Inspector (ASI) and sarkari naukri in Delhi Police is bachelor degree from recognized university and there will be negative marking of 0.25 for each wrong answer.

RECRUITMENT OF SUB-INSPECTOR IN DELHI POLICE , CAPFs AND ASSISTANT SUB-INSPECTORS IN CISF EXAMINATION, 2017

The Staff Selection Commission issued a notification for holding an open competitive Computer Based Examination for Recruitment of Sub-Inspectors in Delhi Police, Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs) and Assistant Sub Inspectors in CISF, in the month of June & July 2017, the details of which are as under :-

Sub-Inspector (GD) in CAPFs : (Central Armed Police Forces)
The post carries pay scale of Level-6 (Rs.35400-112400/-) and is classified as Group ‘B’ (NonGazetted),Non-Ministerial.

Sub Inspector (Executive) - (Male/ Female) in Delhi Police:
The post carries pay scale of Leve-6 (Rs.35400-112400/-) and is classified as Group ‘C’(NonGazetted)by Delhi Police.

Assistant Sub-Inspector (Executive) in CISF:
The post carries pay scale of Level-5 (Rs.29200-92300) and is classified as Group ‘C’ (NonGazetted).

The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) on Saturday issued a notification for recruitment of sub-inspectors in Delhi Police, assistant sub-inspectors in the Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) and Central Armed Police Forces (CAPF). The commission will fill 2,221 (tentative vacancy) posts through this process.

Note-I: Candidates selected for appointment for posts of SI in CAPFs and ASI in CISF are liable to serve anywhere in India.
